A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been received. We will ship your purchase within 5 business days via Canada Post. Within Canada delivery is typically 3-5 business days. Delivery to the U.S. and Europe is usually within 9 business days.
A majority of our pieces are still made to order. This means your items are made with love in California and not mass produced. This also mean it can take as much to 2-5 days before shipment. If there happens to be more of a wait we do our best to drop you an email
You should receive three emails regarding your order. One, of confirmation of order placement. Two, to let you know that your order is being filled and packed to ship. Three, a confirmation of shipment of your package including a tracking number.
Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address

You should receive a custom's number via email when you are notified that your package has been shipped. Use this number to assist you on tracking down your package once it has been sent.

Parcels delivered by courier will require a signature on arrival. If you are not in, they wil leave a note so you can contact
them and re-arrange a delivery. A mobile number is required in case we or the courier company need to contact you regarding your delivery.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an automatic e-mail informing you of the delivery date, transportation company, the parcel-ID and
all relevant information for tracking the parcel.
